China’s NEA: PV power generation Jan-Sep 2021 totaled 22.9GW, a far cry from this year’s 60GW target, points to "erratic polysilicon"

According to Wang Shijiang, China Photovoltaic Industry Association, the PV supply chain is in a state of collapse; solutions are needed to avoid systemic crisis caused by “crazy coal” and “erratic polysilicon”. His report also highlighted how polysilicon price hikes caused serious losses to module makers, creating "breach of contract integrity" problems for downstream enterprises and adversely affecting downstream installed demand.
