Tongwei to raise up to RMB12B to finance polysilicon and wafering plants
i. RMB5.6 billion to be used for technical renovation on Leshan Phase II project and manufacturing cost of Baotou Phase II 50kt project;
ii. RMB2.9 billion to be invested in 15GW polysilicon rod slicing project; and
iii. RMB3.5 billion to be allocated as supplementary working capital.
